For one cup of buttermilk:
1 cup GFCF milk (soy, rice, almond)
1 tablespoon vinegar
Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
{When I first discovered that, YES, one can make GFCF buttermilk, I sang "Hallelujah!" It is a very important ingredient in the South.}
