The Better than Bullion Organic bases are good, but the regular better than bullion bases have no-no ingredients in them for us. We only use the organic ones.

I have been using BTBOB instead of meat in some of our dishes, like chili and spaghetti. The Food, Inc. documentary scared me. But I am so glad I watched it. The info was scary and 'need to know' at the same time.
Great to know! We are gearing up to go GF/CF again. I've been out of the loop for a while and so many new products are available!
